The application does not recognize the IMEI number of the device, keeps saying that it does not exist when in fact it does and its not blocked or has any problems with the number, the problem is with the application? Please help

Quite unstable. Needs to be reseted serval times in order to perform correctly. Can't sync in order to download the media from the camera to the mobile.

Unclear warning about permissions every time I open the app. The file location for saving the videos is not clear and cannot be configured.
