No stars. Useless. Apparently the app was changed and now doesn't work. Save yourself the aggravation. If the cup won't charge — a problem I had with the first one — return it and get a replacement. The charging pins are a weak spot in the design — they get pushed in, or disconnected. The second mug I got has been working fine.

App quality has degraded significantly with each new update. all updates are forced, cannot stop. right now, I can't even sign in to my account because the 4 digit captcha is not working. all my devices got deleted, that's why I logged out in the first place. I'm stuck now. even when the devices were visible, it constantly kept going on and off, I could never update the name of my devices; after changing, when I go to main screen and come back to device settings screen, the name is reverted

still having problems with the app it is kicking off my mug and i can not get it back on . so many issues Cannot use the maintenance help portion of the app to get help fixing what is wrong with my cup. Problems charging after only a few months and no way to get ahold of customer service.
