After working fine for 9 months now the projector won't connect to the wifi or my device. After 4 weeks, I finally got customer service to contact me. I am being told to do the same fix action over and over again. The fix action is not working. The app hasn't been updated since Nov 2024. Now the app won't load but customer service is telling me the app's not the problem. Frustrated.

There is no customer support. My device gets an error message and will not connect. I've uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled. Two email addresses for ditto not valid. Will cancel subscription if no response by tomorrow. HUGE disappointment.

Decent, but janky. Some patterns will list pieces that are not included in the workspace layout, example: Keller top, no front and back neck facing pattern pieces, even though they are clearly listed in the pattern instructions. I've made the Keller top, before the app update, and the facing pieces were included. Very confused. Sometimes the customizations do not apply. I chose a pattern and picked floor length from the options, but in workspace it was the default length.
