I've had my car since May and I love it I've been able to add an additional payment option in the app the app does not allow me to pay through it so I had to do a reinstall. I have not had a problem taking it in for maintenance and getting it approved the only thing the weekly payment payment is really high it's $479.99 with that being said it would be wonderful if they had a lease to purchase option with that price.

The chat option in the app doesn't work, and it would be nice if the option to add a payment method not just delete would be nice, At least when you call the staff is nice and helpful Oh and they should have a direct number that way we can avoid the option to choose which location, its not a big deal but its time consuming.

buggy in Las Vegas is amazing but the app itself and the customer care center suck the fact that you were unwilling to work with drivers but the people inside of the office here are speaks volumes about your company this is a rental agency for Uber you should be giving a grace period of two weeks just like every other rideshare rental company to the drivers because sometimes you can't make that much in a week Uber does not pay us enough to be able to pay you guys.
