I've had my car since May and I love it I've been able to add an additional payment option in the app the app does not allow me to pay through it so I had to do a reinstall. I have not had a problem taking it in for maintenance and getting it approved the only thing the weekly payment payment is really high it's $479.99 with that being said it would be wonderful if they had a lease to purchase option with that price.

This is an honest review after being a rideshare driver renting from Buggy. For all the negativity they get I think it isn't really justified. I myself have been behind on payments and had a car deactivated once, but it was my own fault for being late and stacking two invoices. The customer support has been great because they aren't intrusive at all. The rentals are a bit more expensive, but the potential to work 8 hours a day and make $200+ is there, it's all based on how motivated you are.

The chat option in the app doesn't work, and it would be nice if the option to add a payment method not just delete would be nice, At least when you call the staff is nice and helpful Oh and they should have a direct number that way we can avoid the option to choose which location, its not a big deal but its time consuming.
