I've had my car since May and I love it I've been able to add an additional payment option in the app the app does not allow me to pay through it so I had to do a reinstall. I have not had a problem taking it in for maintenance and getting it approved the only thing the weekly payment payment is really high it's $479.99 with that being said it would be wonderful if they had a lease to purchase option with that price.

The chat option in the app doesn't work, and it would be nice if the option to add a payment method not just delete would be nice, At least when you call the staff is nice and helpful Oh and they should have a direct number that way we can avoid the option to choose which location, its not a big deal but its time consuming.

03/10/2024- App does not work when needéd. I tried signing into my account to add a backup payment method to no avail. My repeated attempts were met with a message that said "Buggy Stay Ahead Of The Curve [Log In ]/ [Sign Up]. App Version 2.0.70". The app did not provide a user friendly interface as stated on the buggy 800 # & was unable to help me with my need to update my account with necessary information to avoid extra charges. Calling customer service tends to also be a bit frustrating too.
