The Dallas Area was just closed so all vehicles being rented had to be returned. I was charged a week and then told I had to return the car. the car previously had been in the shop and I lost 4 days of work. no explanation just bring the car. luckily I was able to buy another one just like the one I was renting.

amazing crew, they always fix my issue. I had a few minor issues with the car and, by the next day, was solved or put in a new car. If you are looking to do ride share, I definitely recommend them

They try to make you use the app and tell you to download it but it's pretty useless haha. You can't even use different cards to pay, so you gotta call anyway. They don't have instant chat,most the features don't even work
