Ratings and reviews

No customer service phone number on the app alerted me to look at the reviews first and I'm glad I did before I bought a pass because it wanted to charge a subscription reoccurring payment without posting a customer service phone number on the app and I don't want a reoccurring subscription just a one time pass. Customers have emailed with no quick response and no help. I'm just gonna have to pay daily parking so I won't have problems. Thanks reviews. These businesses need to stop using this app

constantly not working correctly. Can never find what you want. Also appears to charge more than it should.

Absolutely awful app. How did this even pass QA testing! Once eventually setup. The app constantly crashes in a loop of trying to get permanent live location tracking (not just when the app is open). You cannot add a credit card payment for a number of different locations. Eventually it worked choosing a random 'favourite'. You then simply cannot add any payment method after that. The website fails, and adding payments prompts lots of missing fields that aren't set as required.
