Scan TR allows you to simply manage the reconciliation of Restaurant Vouchers with your cash register software as well as the reconciliation of bank remittances when the CRT reimburses you.

At the end of your day, scan all the Restaurant Vouchers you have cashed. Scan TR will tell you the number of Passes scanned as well as the total amount of Passes.
Then validate this day to generate a package.

When you need to send your Passes to the CRT (or take them to a Pass collection center), you just need to generate a slip in Scan TR.
Scan TR will then send an email to the person of your choice (usually the accounting department), in order to be able to reconcile the days that have been collected on a slip and the future reimbursement by the CRT.

You can scan your restaurant vouchers using your tablet's camera or using a bluetooth barcode scanner, compatible model 'TL148KPTUK'.

Scan TR analyzes the addition of a restaurant voucher and refuses vouchers whose date has expired, whose issuing country is not France and whose bar code is wrong.
