I can't ever get the app to load. I've cleared cache, uninstalled, then reinstalled, cleared cache again...but the same error message pops up "Whoops! We are having server issues, try again in a bit." But after waiting and trying again in a "bit" (hours and days later) it still doesn't load. It seems I am not the only one with this problem, which is comforting--however, with that, I can't understand how it hasn't yet been remedied.

I don't know what happened to this app but it is near useless in it's current state. It used to be a great tool for checking progress, keeping up with your child's schedule, attendance, etc. Now it's near unusable for anything. Half of the time the app never loads anything and if it does it takes several minutes even over wifi. I've force closed and cleared cache, logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Nothing seems to fix it permanently.

The app seems to work fine. However, the actual website will not let me log in and it hasn't let me log in for about a week now. At first I thought it was my password. I had to chat with someone because choosing "forgot password" wasn't working either. An actual person had to send me the reset link. I changed my password and it worked. However, as soon as I log out, I can't sign back in. FIX YOUR WEBSITE. I NEED to upload documents that are on my computer.
