Don't use this service! Terrible customer service. There is also lots of downtime. I have gone up to two weeks without service that could have been fixed remotely, but they want to send out a technician every time there is a problem-and that's usually going to be you paying for it. I spent as long as two hours waiting for help online only to get disconnected before I could chat or talk with an agent. I just got signed up with Clearnetworx and it was an awesome, flawless experience!

the website and app weren't working, so i was unable to sign in to check my bill. It was my first time logging into centurylink. I called customer service and talked to 4 different people, all of them just gave up after 10 minutes and told me to try the next day. once the website finally allowed me to log in,(weeks later) my payment was late. customer service was extremely unhelpful, and the website/app has issues that are not being fixed.

CenturyLink is beyond disappointing. I closed my account over a month ago and they still try to charge me. Every time I call, they say that they have fixed the issue but I continue to get alerts and emails from them. I payed my balance when I closed the account. If you can find ANY other company to get service for internet through, do it. Not to mention the speed was shotty at best and that is with using the router they sell.
