The options in the actual app are never what they show in the help topic. I use it to pay my bill/change my wifi password. When I actually find it I can't tell you how I got there. Sometimes it shows the options I want, sometimes it doesn't. 80% of the time, it is "experiencing technical difficulties" anyway. Several months ago it did not record my payments multiple times, even though I had the bank statements showing a deduction. They charged fees. It was a mess.

This app needs work! Everytime I want to make a payment it says "We're sorry, we experienced a system issue while submitting your payment". Or it will keep processing and processing and won't make my payment. Then when I log in it says they can't find my account at all sometimes. And I am putting in my info straight from the bill itself. Please fix these issues with your app.

I see, from reading other reviews, that this is just another one of CenturyLink's horrible business practices. I've been complaining about my service since I had it installed. They have sent multiple technicians who have each found something wrong on their end. Now their only solution is for me to disconnect from Wi-Fi all the reasons I have Wi-Fi for in the first place. I can't even sign in to this new "app". It isn't even an app anymore. It's a link to Chrome.
