The options in the actual app are never what they show in the help topic. I use it to pay my bill/change my wifi password. When I actually find it I can't tell you how I got there. Sometimes it shows the options I want, sometimes it doesn't. 80% of the time, it is "experiencing technical difficulties" anyway. Several months ago it did not record my payments multiple times, even though I had the bank statements showing a deduction. They charged fees. It was a mess.

I see, from reading other reviews, that this is just another one of CenturyLink's horrible business practices. I've been complaining about my service since I had it installed. They have sent multiple technicians who have each found something wrong on their end. Now their only solution is for me to disconnect from Wi-Fi all the reasons I have Wi-Fi for in the first place. I can't even sign in to this new "app". It isn't even an app anymore. It's a link to Chrome.

Always experiencing technical difficulties, so "try back later". This app is useless. The only things I have been able to do (on the rare occasion that I have been able to get into it) is pay my bill twice and read an article. I can never find the info I'm looking for. I would think that such a large company might have an IT team that could reliably maintain an app for their customers.
