Century Link drives me up a wall. It is one of those cases of right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. After not being notified many times that my payment is due(this has happened several times) I requested paper billing again. Have I received a paper bill? No! I made a payment today but I have late fees and overdue payments. My internet works well but their billing process stinks.

In the last year, I've been successful in making a payment through the app, once. I had to uninstall and reinstall several times in order to do so. I'm attempting it again. It's quite aggravating to have an app and website both that fail when you're trying to make payments. It's a "here, take my money" that's met with "sorry, can't, but here's your late fees. Thanks for playing!" Devs, I know you can do better.

A bill paying app? Great. My bill is on auto pay. Doesn't seem to do much more. It's having trouble displaying my services; all I have is internet. The downloaded statement can't be opened. I was hoping to see an option to reboot my modem from the app, since I have to keep doing that about once a month when my internet decides to stop working. I never thought I would find an internet provider worse than Comcast, but here I have it! CenturyLink - throttled "high-speed" packages and useless app.
