very worst app. asked to change password after that it asked to enter all credentials again to login. after that as earlier it asked for login through finger print and I am unable to login. login with existing credentials option is showing on the screen but it's not opening. worst experience not only for me it happened with my colleague as well last week but till date he is unable to use app.

After AUB to KFH My Online Banking Experience is Very Bad they are asking for too Many Questions to reset Password, 20 to 25 times have to create password & after that system will accept.

Worst experience to send via western union transfer made in this app. Until now, my money is still not refunded to me back in my account. I suggest not to use this app to send via western union. you will get the worst experience if you get trouble using it. Worst, you will not get your money back. WORST EVER happen to me. I cannot recommend using the WU service in this application. This doesn't support timely prompt feedback if you get an issue. Very Bad. Very inconvenient.
