This mobile application is for accessing KRA services. Taxpayers can use it for getting KRA PIN, file TOT, file MRI, file Nil returns, Apply for TCC, check PIN, TCC and other eslips.

the app is not user friendly you cannot even change the email or phone number . the nearest station is in nairobi which is far from some people kindly make some change

Good app for filing returns but needs some improvements, Customer support option can be very ideal to solve user issues Or an option to change user details for example an email, I accidentally registered with the wrong email and I can't do anything because it keeps saying wrong details when I try to log in because I can't change the email Fix on that

it's not easy to access the service year of filling return it's hard because it selects the current year making it hard for someone to access the app using his or her phone. It's tiresome using the app because at times you are unable to rest the password also. It should be enable so that one can use his or her own mobile phone to file returns with ease
