Ratings and reviews

Booking using the app is still buggy. 1)it isnt showing all of my procedure pkgs that are available (ie. New procedure pkgs purchased via a call with a LaserAway rep) and will only let me book pkgs that I have previously booked before. 2) the schedules do not seem up to date when I try to book using the app. It allowed me to book a time slot that the location actually did NOT have available. I had to actually call in to be able to book & was told the days/times were invalid.

Terrible. It doesn't track the total units of botox in the app. I feel cheated that I was told the amount of units used during the session then be told it was more after booking a follow up appointment. very shady business practice so stay away.

terrible app. doesnt tell you which area you've booked for service. cant see appointment details, crashes.
