I tried the app but I only encountered bugs so I tried to put money in the machine itself ! The machine said it would last 36 minutes or 1 h, it finally lasted 2h30 at 90 degrees before I could get my laundry out, I wanted to contact them but the numbers on the website are not readable because they put a logo in front of the phonenumber! So my laundry is now completely broken... I wasted money, have no usable clothes anymore and won't for sure use it again ! Thank you washconnect!

Used the services whilst living at my apartment but when used ended up losing money due to errors when payment was processed and connected back to the device and when I emailed the service desk, got no reply and no refund to date. After 15 euros in lost funds, I never used the service again and never will.

I paid for a wash and the machine never gave the option to start. I paid again and the second time it worked. So I paid twice for one wash. Other people in the laundry room said that the same thing had happened to them and they didn't get a refund. I will try to get a refund but I don't expect much.
