I received the alerts but I cannot read them because the print is too small. When I was getting the alerts in my text messages I good change the size of the print. Now the print is so small no one can read it without a magnifying glass. And there's nothing I can do about it. I like apps as long as they work well, this one does not. If I could give zero Stars I would. And there should be a place in the app to request help or to submit feedback.

Too bad you have to give at least a one star rating because this app needs to be pulled and code written to make it work. Entered my phone number and got a message saying number could not be found in the database or any dispensary registered to this app. Well the dispensary that sent me a SMS message suggested and provided a link to get the app because text messages like that are not allowed by my carrier. I would not waste my time at all on this app.

My phone provider no longer allows medical alerts and told me the notifications/messages would continue through this app. I don't like waiting over 2 hours for the the app to play catch up on messages. I honestly hate this app but have no other way to receive info about my fav shops. Would have given 0 stars if available.

Hi, KIT-TEN. Our system sends out push notifications before SMS/MMS messages so you should be receiving your push notifications within about 60 seconds of the campaign being sent. If you send an email to apphelp@leafbuyer.com, we can work with you to figure out why your notifications are slow to be received.
