Ratings and reviews

When it works, its good. But bluetooth doesn't stay connected. App didn't adjust for daylight savings. Blinds and app has no Alexa integration. Update...now in 2021 the remote and app won't work together. Tried to reinstall, put in new batteries, etc. Phone sees remote via Bluetooth but won't work. And I see no updates of app from developers in over a year.

This app really is as bad as the reviews say. I tried to be optimistic. Spent an excessive amount of time pairing my remotes and setting the schedules. It was a nuisance but I figured it would be worth it if everything worked. Alas, it does not. First few scheduled raising/lowering of my shades - best success rate is 60%. Some randomly don't move. With the remotes I don't have a problem so far. But the app, I've yet to have them all work as expected. Ugh.

Sometimes it work and other times it doesn't. Sometimes my device shows up on the program but does not allow me to do anything. After uninstalling and reinstalling it is nearly impossible to pair it to the app on the phone. It's the luck of the draw whether or not the app works. Fortunately, my programmed open and close times still work, but now I need to change the times to correspond with the changing daytime hours.
