Ratings and reviews

originally a great program. Not anymore. since the mandated update in January, it has been horrible. It takes anywhere from 5 mins to 30 mins.. sometimes hours... to update location.. I've emailed "customer service" for months asking to remove the update. No response. So disappointed. Right now I'm out in a storm looking for our dog and the last update was over 20 mins ago. No thanks.

Doesnt track your pet properly. I took my dog out for a run and the tracker said she went further then what we went by a mile and the opposite direction. Also says that the dog is out of the safe zone when she is in a dog run set up inside the safe zone. Just doesn't properly track your pet.

I just bought the device, downloaded the app to sign up and it's giving an error message. http error-- DioException [unknown]: null Error: HandshakeException: Handshake error in client (OS Error: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED: Hostname mismatch(handshake.cc:393))
