this is worst app. third party works better. I can't even see my all policy just be entering name. why I need to enter dob. there is not sharing reminder option. even if there's sharing button it is not working properly. LiC fix it fast. there should be better searching functions. and able to remind all my clients at once

Why you people have been introduced this lic Agent app. This is not working properly at present. If I mention the MPN for logging always give the message. Please connect to the network if I am put the wrong pin, then immediately respond that invalid Mpin it means if you’re putting the wrong and pin, it’s automatically connected with the server but if you’re putting the right and immediately the message you please connect to the network I don’t know what is the benefit of this app we can’t open t

Being a LIC agent, I gave an application in the required format to our branch BM during the end of June 2025 and he informed that I will get the password through my mail or SMS but till now nothing has happened. On checking up with the branch they doubted that some error in phone number or mail ID might be the reason but found everything correct. Kindly inform me the solution for this problem.
