I wish I could give it zero stars. The experience using this app was terrible; the functions aren't working properly. I was trying to use this app to upload a life certificate, but every time it got stuck when taking a selfie. It shows that the app needs camera permissions, but when you go to the app details in the phone, camera permissions aren't listed. The funny thing is that there is no other way to deal with this issue.

There is no ZERO option, so forced to give One Star. There is no point in repeating the complaint already brought out by every previous reviewer.How such a BOGUS inoperable application is hosted on Play Store. Where is it's liability when many people waste their time, data, WiFi bandwidth etc. in downloading and installing such useless Apps. If Google really cares for it's customers, it's team must check every App first for it's proper functioning; question of safe app/unsafe app comes later.

The App requires so much information to create an account to access an existing LIC account that I just dumped and uninstalled it. The SMS from LIC says just enter mobile number, email ID, and PAN card, but the app wants your birthdate, policy number, installment payment amount, and passport number in addition to the above. To avoid fraud can't LIC check against their records for PAN, email, and phone with 2 factor authorization? So beaurocratic!
