Sometimes it asks for permissions for microphone on your phone and then when you check the box to allow it says something in Chinese and doesn't let you. I don't know what flashes on the screen and there's no way to use the app unless it's checked. Hearing aids are great except I can't use at work because they look like ear buds.

Mine do not work with the app, so I can't adjust the volume, fingers to big to use the tiny knob. Always has static, the tones are loud. First try at hearing aids, not the best experience.

Worst Hearing Aid Experience Ever ....the upper frequencies are so loud they are unusable. I have done a work around and "tricked" them in to only amplifying the upper frequencies to 40-50db. But they are still pretty loud. The hearing aids also seem to be cutting off randomly with some kind sound prompt Support, I need help!!!
