Standalone Wear OS application to track your daily water and drink intake and optionally track your heart rate. View custom widgets, graphs, and history to show your progress over time without requiring a companion device.

Receive reminders to drink water during your preferred time range during the day. Customize your preferences on how often you want to be reminded, automatic heart rate intervals, and more.

Use custom watchfaces and tiles for convenience of viewing and accessing your data.

- Supports watchface customization to use complications from other apps.
- Supports custom complications to use in other app watchfaces.
- Supports English and Spanish.

** Tap center of watchface or tile to quickly launch the app. Tap any data widgets/complications to launch straight to that feature's screen.

** Ensure notifications are allowed in the app settings to receive water reminders. Wear OS 4 requires user to accept the Notifications permission. This will pop up automatically when the water reminder feature is turned on.

** Heart rate feature requires user to accept the Sensors permission. This will pop up automatically when the feature is attempted. Wear OS 4 requires user to accept the Background Sensors permission. This will pop up automatically when the automatic heart rate feature is turned on. It is not required for manually started readings in the app.
