Can't get past login screen for the app. I realize from reading all the reviews this is a known problem, so why not make it more obvious in the app login screen??? Also, the website from a mobile device is completely useless. Lets you most of the way through, then says your required fields are not populated, even though they are. I tried it a year ago and was frustrated, and unfortunately wasted more time and tried it again.

I tried years ago to use this app and couldn't login so I gave up. I figured by now it must be easier. Nope. Then the link to the mobile login instructions are a PDF designed for printing or computer screen. Way to difficult to look at in a mobile device. I give up and I'll stick with the web portal.

Can't scan barcodes in store Used to be able to scan products in store to see if they were covered. Tried with my Samsung phone & my ipad. Barcode is blurry & will not capture. Would be great if that could be fixed or an option to enter the barcode number so I dont have to return items at the checkout that aren't covered.
