This app rarely works anymore; it doesn't allow me to log in most of the time. Instead, it keeps saying my login info is invalid. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't make a difference. If I try to use the website on my mobile, it doesn't always allow me to upload the documentation, so I usually have to wait until I have access to a desktop, which makes seeking reimbursement tedious and delays my ability to get payment.

Can't get past login screen for the app. I realize from reading all the reviews this is a known problem, so why not make it more obvious in the app login screen??? Also, the website from a mobile device is completely useless. Lets you most of the way through, then says your required fields are not populated, even though they are. I tried it a year ago and was frustrated, and unfortunately wasted more time and tried it again.

Good luck logging in! I got a new phone, so I'm having to log into everything again. The password I have saved is apparently not correct (but it is on desktop). Tried to reset password, but apparently my employee ID isn't really my employee ID. I'll be using up these funds and not enrolling with Allegiance again.
