About this app

It is an application that provides a count/timer function for training. It was developed to help you concentrate on training because it is annoying to count the number of times you do muscle training.
In addition, you can set the time it takes for one movement, and you can freely apply the load to your partner (muscle).

■ Functions
- Counter: Tells you how many times you have left. (You can set the time for each action)
Examples of use: weight training, squats, etc.

- Timer: Tells you how much time is left.
Usage examples: trunk training, planks, etc.

- Workout creation: You can create your own effective workout by combining counters and timers.
