Doesn't work at all. Keeps telling me to connect and then states Bluetooth is not connected, even though it is

Doesn't work. It keeps asking for Bluetooth to be turned on. Why? Doesn't matter, because even turned on it won't work.

Why it wants Location and file access ?! I have its hardware but I dont understand why it doesnt connect to hardware without enable location ?!
