The app is terrible. The graphics are bad, there is too much going on, and the custom user skintones are not inclusive. The darkest skintone is not close to a person of color; it still looks white. Additionally, the body changes color but not the head. The avatars have huge feet, limited hairstyles, and I will not be using this app. In fact, I'm deleting it because it is that bad! Plus, the app keeps turning off the treadmill. How annoying is that when you're trying to get a workout in?

Disappointed .....Was excited that the DeerRun came with an app with great training and racing features. Sounded motivating. But, after finally getting it to connect and playing around with it for almost an hour, the app continuously crashes, doesn't load, and turns off treadmill. Will have to use without app for now......very bummed. Please fix crashing issue! Would love to use app and give a better app review.

I was very excited that my new deer run walking pad used this app. I can connect just fine, but halfway into an event, it starts to lag and then disconnect. Upon connecting again, all of my work is gone. I'm very frustrated with this app, 45 minutes into my first use, and I'm disappointed. I'll just use it without the app Update: Im still have issues, even after up ate. Every time I want to join an event or upload a run because I have to use it off the app, it still has connection issues. 👎👎👎
