Ratings and reviews

Service and quality is good. But App design is very worst. The basic Search and filters are not working at all. Not getting realtime warehouse data. After ordering, items are been cancelled as out of stock. Why Lullu is still not focusing on improving the app and fix issues in it???

Terrible experience. I gave the order on Sunday and only on Tuesday the rep is calling me. And he rudely replied that he got the order only on tuesday, like I am responsible for letting him know. I am trying to cancel the order, but app is not showing that option. The rep called said the order is canceled. But it is still showing in the app and my money is not credited back. In a nutshell rude representative , Inefficient logistics and loss of money.

Upload of lulu hypermarket bill has stopped working. It shows a notice then returns to list of outlets for bill upload. Extremely disappointing considering the kind of mall is.
