Ratings and reviews

App is extremely slow with searches and full of bugs. The Cart keeps getting emptied by itself, keep getting "something is wrong" notifications. Search doesn't work properly, needed to find the items by selecting category and finding them manually. moreover unable to checkout, required repeated attempts. Compare to other supermarket apps which are seemless and user friendly, This app is poorly designed. The developer should really look into the matter seriously.

Application is good but its very slow, takes ages to load the 1st page and even on searching any product take ages to load. Please update the app and make it fast could really give good customer experience. Thank you

Hello, I would like to report a problem that happened at the Grand Hyper branch in Unayzah After me and my wife finished shopping, we went to the cashier. My wife knows Hindi but does not understand Arabic. The cashier said the total was 99.34 riyal in Arabic. She did not fully understand, so she gave 100 riyals 2 notes.
