I don't understand why people have issues with this app. It works fine recording video and pics, (even though they are grainy). #1- disconnect from your home wifi (forget network or uncheck auto connect). #2-Turn on drone. Your phone will see the wifi signal coming from the drone and ask if you want to connect. connect and it works. Videos are saved in the app. To view them, you must click the word "video " at the top of the screen, as it is set to photos by default

Okay, so this is a super janky app. The sign in doesn't sanitize its inputs, so when you autofill to complete your email and the phone puts a space at the end, the app tries to read the space and returns a format error. It thinks it needs perms, it doesn't and can't use them. This will pop up every time, click into and out of settings to clear it. Then you've got to connect to your drone's wifi and prevent your phone from disconnecting. Also disable your VPN if you use one as this will interfer.

The app really sucks. This isn't too complain but state the facts as I've experienced them. Yes, it says none of the permissions are allowed, but androids said no permissions are required. You can exit the settings and tap the play option and you do get access through wifi, however you have to go through that every time.
