absolutely garbage app and system. 811 was helpful to direct me here and then this app is pure trash. download the app, and sign in. My email is already is use somehow. reset password takes me back to download the app I already have. try on the computer same thing. took 3 times to finally get a password reset email. AI chat was 0% helpful providing awful suggestions that just lead back to the download page, and then stopped letting me ask questions. nothing is straight forward or clear. shame.

Great service, glitchy app. My two experiences in using the app have had great results but as soon as I'm connected with a doctor, it slows down so much that it's really difficult to communicate. Am using a brand new S22+ (android). Coworkers using Apple have not had this issue.

This app is riddled with bugs. Half the time you type out your appt req and it deletes it. 9 times out of 10, the Dr won't even talk to you, they just cancel the appt. Really your experience will be directly related to if you have a good doc in your area. They have an AI prescreen that can't see your initial appt details so you have to type it all twice, and the chat fails with a 504 error constantly and you start over. Then you have to type it all again for the doc in the appt. not a fan
