Ratings and reviews

It is so hard to find providers through this app. there are not enough details when looking at names first glance and not enough options to filter what I'm looking for. Would better if the search engine had filters for affiliations, additional fields of expertise and accepting new patients. Would also be nice if you could see the specialties of the given provider and city of location at first glance rather than just a distance.

INFINITE LOOP. While previously it was working, now it won't let me sign in. Idk why i was suddenly logged out either, the app is basically broken now. Just tries to set up account, then tells me account already exists, then I click sign in and it takes me back to creating account. Infinite loop here as well. I loved the app when I did work for me.

Approved doctors are buried under Settings instead of listed in Care team. Horrible UI decision. Too hard to find who has been approved already even though I've seen them for years. Can't filter by accepting new patients, provider gender, etc. Can't add all providers from an office (like pediatricians and nurse practioners) in bulk.
