1) Their customer support system is very poor! 2) You can't create a USD account without a utility bill (for those who don't have those) 3) They make up silly excuses as to why your account can't be verified 4) Their exchange rate is a joke (you'll practically be losing money. When I downloaded this app I was hoping it'd be better since it was created by an Africa, but they have a long way to go. I'm still emphasizing on how poor their support system is. I have not received my OTP from wirepay app to my phone number. I also tried many different services provider but still not received OTP.. I think the problem is in the app .
