Applied as a business and submitted my ID for verification — then got rejected by the "Risk and Compliance" team with zero explanation. I asked twice what the decision was based on, and support only repeated they couldn't share any details. To their credit, they did delete my account when I asked. But handing over my ID and getting a flat rejection with no reason, for someone who never even used the app, is a frustrating experience. One star for the complete lack of transparency.

​Nomod is an excellent, modern app that turns your smartphone into a credit card terminal. It is perfect for small businesses, freelancers & independent sellers because it eliminates the need for expensive, extra hardware.

I am very disappointed with this app. There is no option to change my account from business to personal, and there is no clear option to delete my account. These basic features should be available in any financial app. Apps like Ziina provide a much better user experience with simple and accessible account management options. Please address these issues and improve the app.
