This app is practically unusable. It freezes constantly. For days I haven't even been able to get past the first screen and access any actual content :( Easily one of the worst apps I've ever tried.

It legit won't let me open it no matter how many time I try i really need this to work cause I'm using this for school but can't

Been using Matrix for awhile and decided to give the android app a try. Unfortunately, I'm unable to login with the same credentials via Office 365, get a warning "user ID missing" and cannot proceed further. Is there a quirk with the app that I'm not aware of?
