Matson's Track My Auto provides a quick and easy way to track the status of your vehicle, find all Matson port locations, obtain pick-up information, and allows access to Matson’s Customer Support Center.

Simply enter your Matson booking number or your vehicles’ VIN number and you will quickly receive the tracking status, location and expected arrival date of your vehicle.

Ratings and reviews

The fact that the app periodically crashes and restarts is only second to the fact that even 2 days after receiving a shipment notification from Matson via email, the app still doesn't show the actual status (delivered) and shows "in-transit" instead. C'mon, Matson- what's the point of having a tracking app that doesn't even get current updates ? It's a joke of an app to begin with- doesn't really do much besides showing tracking info (which isn't actually updated). Is this the 20th century?

Worthless app. Will provide same general info the entire time in transit. Slap an air pod or tracker device on your vehicle. Best you can hope for to stay updated on where your vehicle is while in Matsons hands.
