Ratings and reviews

For the most part, the app is effective and does what it is intended to. Sends your vitals to a monitoring center. The reason I downgraded it is because on most occasions the app will not open. It gets stuck on a blue screen that will not open. Hours or days later, it randomly opens. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, this behavior has persisted.

the app doesn't do what it's supposed to do it doesn't change screens and it doesn't pair

It's a great app and up until recently it never gave me trouble. Now it is no longer able to update the vitals that are shown on its home screen and it won't let me close it by using the back button on my phone oh, it just stays stuck on my screen. I have to hit the previously opened apps button on my phone and close this app by hitting it's X there. Otherwise I would give it a five.
