Ratings and reviews

no android support. all reviews about how terrible this app is are true. can't see texts, can't see important info from agents like addresses and phone numbers, no notifications. horrible and not usable.

My experience was great actually very helpful especially it was a weekend and I needed help with my benefits plan Mariah was my helper and I really appreciate her help and quick response I was able to be seen by a emergency dentist she saved the day yay!

The app was shoddy at best before, but a recent update made the app completely unusable on Android. I couldn't see chats with benefits advisors, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now I can't even enter my password to log in. Waste of space on my phone.
