Every time to make appointment have to take picture insurance card both side and also selfie with insurance. So it is hard to reserve for our family. Response on the appointment is slow respon.

My appointment has been cancelled. they instruct me to install the app to learn more. but when i came to the app my appointment is nowhere to be found. so i want to try to make new appointment but the app suddenly landing me into the different app called mobile JKN with no further instruction what to do. now i have 2 accounts that doesn't have any function.

It's been weeks and I still can't make appointment via the newly updated app. Really inconvenience.
