We didn't late, but they didn't follow the queue from my appointments. The nurse said the queue was based on the arrival. What's the point of booking an appointment via this app? The officer still needs to enter the data every time we want to visit the doctor, even though we have already filled in the data. Useless QR code and application. It would be much better to add more registration officers instead of investing in this app.

it is easy to make appointment, but sometimes even though the date is available, we can't land an appointment (no appointment time idk why). Information Update between hospital CS and apps seems to be late/laggy. I cancelled my appointment thru the apps in the morning but the CS still called us in the afternoon, told us there were no cancellation information from us until noon which is not true since apps user will get notification right away each time we cancel or made an appointment.

I don't know why or when they decided to remove the 'rate-my-doctor' feature from this app. Because of this, some of whom would never be able to improve, especially the judging ones and the unprofessional ones (which were not rare in Indonesia). It is still buggy when you are about to open the app, the display will still turn empty, only by second reopen will do the trick.
