I would've given it a five star until I got kicked out the car middle of whoever he was suppose to pick up. The driver never asked me for my name and I even asked if he was heading towards the address. He definitely was working through the merengue app because I asked before I got on. I ended up getting late to work because I had to find a cab service near me to get an immediate cab. good app otherwise

Use this service quite often very professional and always on time. A plus service they always send you a text to confirm the driver. (Although they have been weekend's that i have called and a young lady answered the phone i called for a car and it never came i missed church very upset the lady's never send a text to confirm. 😡😡😡Plz do something about it. Frequent flyer.

My first trip using them had my destination halted by a road closure ,my driver went OUT OF HIS WAY looking for a way to get me across, I was so impressed by his caring to get me home safely and he succeeded. GREAT SERVICE
