I schedule my time, and more often than not, it goes unnoticed, leaving me to use another car service and paying much more forlost time. On occassion drivers refuse to let e out assuming Im paying cash. When I place an order for immediate pickup, it often takes a considerable amount of time before it is automatically canceled. I appreciate high-class services for their pricing, but recently, securing a car has become challenging, which adds to the stress.

Cheaper than Uber. The only issue I have with the app is that I've been unable to add my debit card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it won't take any of my cards. I do like that they use Zelle as another option of payment as well. The app has been more convenient than calling on the phone. And a previous review said it doesn't give quotes, not true. The price of the trip Is shown at the bottom right after u submit location details and before you reserve your car.

Almost all the time this app has lagging issues. Everytime I order a ride the app just says "looking for your driver" but it never assigns one, and when I cancel it says "you cancelled ride" number so and so when it really never assigned one to me. I hate this. Also, I wish the app would show the price of the ride to both passenger and driver. I think ALL Taxi apps should display the price of the ride in advance.
