I cannot add or pay with a new credit card. I tried to pay with a new card, and the screen just continues to say processing payment, but it never went through. I tried to add a new credit card under the update card option, but as soon as I tap "Add", the app just closes. You want me to pay my bill, but how can I pay on time if this issue persists? My bill is now two days late. FIX THIS!

This rating is directed more to Mesa's Customer Service Team, but I wouldn't have been in this situation if I had not switched to this app and just stuck to their website. I had to create a new profile because my info, account and bank, would not autopopulate on the app. I accidentally entered the wrong account number and payment was returned. I am now being charged $25 for a returned payment for a one time mistake. Too bad I can't choose another place to take my business.

Not all options work, does not accept valid Mesa addresses (keeps requesting a valid address even though one has been provided), anonymous request does not have a complete "choose" drop down list, cumbersome and not easy at all. Very disappointing!
