This app is the worst. More often than not it has network issues can't log in, doesn't remember my login info, often does not let me transfer money error msg *unable to transfer please contact us* but when I go directly to the website I'm able to transfer. Even though I save my quick Access pin number it often still makes me re-select the option when I log-in. Very glitchy I wish someone would fix it. Thank you.

Since this is the first bank app I've used, I have nothing to compare it to. A few years ago it was very glitchy, but I don't have those same issues much anymore. I love being able to check my accounts, make transfers and get images of checks cleared. It works for me, but I also use my desktop for a better view of my accounts and printing docs.

Glitches Galore! It worked okay and now it logged me out, wont let me use my pin, and now wont even let me log on with my password. Tried to sign in on their website, it said it'd send me a text with a one time code, and I still have yet to receive it, and I've tried it THREE TIMES!
