This app needs a lot of work! Most of the time the passcode doesn't work! It requires me to log in using username and password and when I check the settings, I have to set the passcode AGAIN, AGAIN, & AGAIN!! Other times it says unable to verify device and credentials for me to sign in using username and password! I thought I was the only one with these problems, but after reading the reviews, I found out many people are having these same issues. So, WHY DOESN'T TNB FIX IT?? Very disappointed!

Everyday I have to re enroll and do the authentication. It's very frustrating that I have to do this on a daily basis. I set it up to access it with a 4 digit passcode and not even like that. This has been happening to me for about 2 months now. I even uninstalled it several times to see if that would work, but no. I hope this glitch or whatever it is gets fixed.
