For a business app, it's border line garbage. Cannot access full checking account number, cannot order checks via the app. Does not give you specifics on when money is deposited or transfered like a timestamp, only a date. No notifications feature. Biometrics doesn't work. No quick log in, super difficult when trying to get a quick snapshot. You really cannot do anything fast on the app. Going to a branch in person is easier IMO. No app update in over a year???

This app is basic and constantly has bugs/goes down/creates issues logging in that force you to call customer support to reset your account info every other month. I don't really write app reviews but this app is the worst. Literally every other month there's some kind of issue, have to call and wait and get routed around just for them to have to reset my account. Every other month. For 2 years now. Ridiculous. No amount of patience or awareness is getting this fixed, they just don't care.

This app is horrible. It never opens. It attempts to download updates but never does. When it does open, if you save your ID and username the system saves it for the next time you login but it locks your account. The app is not functional either. it forces you to conduct a lot of old school banking by going into the bank or calling in. For example, you cannot order checks, see your routing number etc. App has a lot bugs needs attention.
