I can't get help with my inability to log into accounts that Microsoft says that I'm already logged into, because it won't let me log in.

Great way for a expert to connect and fix your computer problem ☺️.

Abused by a stalker who has been pedophile tricks, pretending to be our administration over a fake business account stalking us using Remote Help for years now and Microsoft has done nothing to stop this, Termux and other programs have been showing this pedophile and we have been collecting proof for five years now using netcat to show the ports they are refusing to disconnect from and I have fbi reports going back years, local police reports as well.
