Ratings and reviews

Their cropping/edit options are extremely limited. If I wanted a wide shot, a whole body picture, I couldn't because it zooms in too much and I end up with headshots only. If I want a wide picture, it doesn't edit out background like other people or I have to edit so I lose part of the person I am trying to capture. If they had crop option like on phones, they would get more customers. I wanted to buy more tiles but it keeps cropping off parts I want to keep or leaves parts I don't want.

I absolutely LOVE Mixtiles. So easy to use with no mess. Customer service is always so fast to reply to any questions I may have. For example, I'm about to move and didn't know how I could move my Mixtiles without them getting messed up, I was informed that by putting wax paper in between them would help move them easily without them getting damaged. Who's got time to hang a picture when you can just simply stick it on the wall? I'm hooked.

The app doesn't let me login with my account. I have a large order on a different web browser, but I can't view my order on the app. Consequently, I've created smaller order from photos on my phone shared to the app, but still have the larger order under my login on the web browser PC. I feel like I'm missing out on potential bundle discounts. Also, the app has difficulty syncing with share requests from other photo apps. I had to force stop the Mixtiles app in order for shared photos to work.
