Their cropping/edit options are extremely limited. If I wanted a wide shot, a whole body picture, I couldn't because it zooms in too much and I end up with headshots only. If I want a wide picture, it doesn't edit out background like other people or I have to edit so I lose part of the person I am trying to capture. If they had crop option like on phones, they would get more customers. I wanted to buy more tiles but it keeps cropping off parts I want to keep or leaves parts I don't want.

The app doesn't let me login with my account. I have a large order on a different web browser, but I can't view my order on the app. Consequently, I've created smaller order from photos on my phone shared to the app, but still have the larger order under my login on the web browser PC. I feel like I'm missing out on potential bundle discounts. Also, the app has difficulty syncing with share requests from other photo apps. I had to force stop the Mixtiles app in order for shared photos to work.

These are just what I've been looking for...a way to hang my photos without damaging my walls. I've been doing photography for over 40 years & I was very impressed with the quality & customer service. Emails were answered in a matter of hours, not days & they follow up to ensure your satisfaction. I had a problem with the way 2 photos were formatted (probably my error) and they immediately gave me a coupon code to replace them with free shipping. I wish there were more size choices!
