Ordered my daughters' and sons' school photo packages and grad cards. They came faster than expected and quicker than other companies I've ordered from. I could customize the prints and cards, which made it better than having a studio do it. The prints were the best price around, and the cards were at a very reasonable cost too. They look fabulous! Just ok. The card I ordered was cute, but the only Reason I did it, is because I got a discount through tmobile. I checked out some of the 'customizable' gifts, and the ability to really make adjustments, live, in the app, for the item isn't there. If you are using your own pics, sometimes they are from pro photographers, and need to be adjusted. This app does not support that. When places like zazzle have doing this for over a decade, you would think an app like this would have better Feature.

I don't know why I'm having so many issues this time around, but I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to get through the loading screen. I've checked my wifi and my 5G data, nothing wrong with them. It only works after I delete and re-download. It's, quite frankly, annoying and tedious! Now, it won't leave the loading screen even after I did all of this, I just want to track my card!!!
