Ratings and reviews

App is glitchy, video doesn't play smoothly. Some cameras produce a very crackly, scratchy background noise. Disconnecting and connecting camera to another network is a nightmare - if you manage to get the cameras working, don't try to tamper with your settings - it's not worth it. Even with a hard ethernet connection they're difficult to get working again. The cameras do work and being able to pan and tilt is good, but if I'd known how much hassle they'd be, I'd have gone with another brand.

My app keeps crashing, I log in then the camera videos go black and a pop-up keeps saying app is not responding 'wait' or 'close app'. I have uninstalled and installed app again and the same problem is reoccurring. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue or any help much appreciated ?? Tia

worked fine for years, now keeps crashing and constant app stopped responding error messages. same problem on different devices, phone and tablet. also happening on family members devices that are different to mine. updated 29.10.25 still same errors
