Now even more awful, crashes almost immediately upon opening and selecting a single camera feed, Yale should not be allowed anywhere near apps, both this and the alarm app are absolutely diabolical, well be replacing my CCTV. Awful app, message on all feeds saying "unlock device password" which doesn't even make sense, I enter the CORRECT password and it immediately tells me I've reached maximum password attempts... So now I'm away from home and can't keep an eye on the place, great, thanks!

Not impressed. The major problem is event alerts. The app intermittently notifies the user of motion detection, sometimes it just doesn't. When motion is detected it says "no record" until the alrt is approx 3 minutes old, for example if a person were to break in to my property and did so faster that the app will load the live feed then I will have to wait 3 minutes to find out. This is a shame as the Yale camera hardware is decent but the app has put me off the brand.

Avoid! The app is abandoned by so called 'developer' - they ignore comments or bug reports. For example, it will log you out at arbitrary times. It doesn't support logging in with a password manager. If you have your password saved somewhere - good luck trying to paste it into the prompt. The same applies to the CCTV system itself - no updates to correct the glitches, ever.
