Bought 2 of their cameras and set them up. Picture quality is great but even with a memory card in them we rarely get to view the videos. I'm constantly having to reformat the cards yet it doesn't matter. I'm just about to send these back. Total Waste of money. Called support and they said they would get back to me and that's been well over a week when they claimed that I would hear back within 3 days. Looking for a Better option

claimed to be free, no subscription required....THAT WAS A LIE. It worked all of 2-3 months then all of a sudden I couldn't view things like I was able to previously, couldn't view previous events, was only able to view live events unless I paid for a Subscription. Total waste of Money, recall wish I had known before I spent my money. They give you all these "Trouble-Shooting Tips" NONE of them work, you have to pay for a Subscription📣🤬

Detects motion outside of the drawn box. No AI for bird recognition, the camera records everything; motion on the box, motion outside the box, camera sway, people, cars, etc. Annoying that a bird feeder comes with a camera thst detects and records everything BUT birds. Update- now that the “cloud trial“ expired, I cannot backup my videos to my phone. I've had an SD card installed since day one and I can play back videos from the SD card but the app will not let me download to my phone.
