Cannot add a second account. Been trying numerous ways after it out cling one of us off randomly. the emails send without the link button, yet it says it should be there. and the texts do not send at all. you can't change admin permissions. or any permissions. you can't even change profile picture. App is extremely faulty. This is on three different phones. Android and Iphone. Please fix the bugs.

great cameras and app so far! I especially appreciate that it doesn't require a subscription to record and pics/video can be downloaded to phone! A feature that would be phenomenal is to recognize specific pets! I have a cat that has seizures and being able to set a camera app to follow a specific pet when they are in view would be so helpful in finding out if a pet has any medical issues (or behaviour) when they're not in the same room as you! I don't think it would be difficult to program this

I ordered a pack of two off Amazon. When they arrived I immediately tried to hook them up. Plugged rhe first one in, scanned the bottom, says its already bound to an account. tried the other one and same thing, bound to someone else's account. At one point the Camara started to move and the red lights came on which had me feeling like whoever bound it was watching. So I unplugged. Ive tried to get in contact to see I could get help but so far I havnt been able to talk to anyone.
