JOSH is an AI-powered speech-to-text tool designed to streamline healthcare documentation, reducing the time clinicians spend on typing and charting.
The JOSH platform simplifies the process of recording and sending patient notes using a mobile app. Clinicians can easily record their notes in their own voice and send them to JOSH with a simple tap.
Once the voice file is sent, JOSH’s receiver service stores it securely in the database for processing.
The transcription process involves two stages: first, the voice file is converted into raw text using sophisticated technology. Then, this raw text is transferred into a professionally formatted Electronic Health Record (EHR) transcription.
After one-month free trial, user will be prompted to approve continuing with JOSH. Only then user’s credit card be charged.

Diagnostic Order/Results: This new option Diagnostic Order/Results is used to generate new electronic laboratory orders and to view the lab results.
Complete order details if not auto-populated. Order Date, Order Status, Laboratory, Ordering Provider, CC Provider
Panels and tests are mapped to the selected laboratory facility; it is important to select the correct laboratory facility when creating the order
Select ICD code(s) from Previous Visits, ICD Groups from Practice or simply search using the Search from ICD10 from Practice search option.
Additional Info allows the user to add additional clinical information to the Lab Requisition Form; depending on the lab some lab tests may require additional information.

Skin Test Results: Provided new option to enter Skin Test Results for an existing Skin Test order.
Enter Wheal/Flare and Grade.
On clicking the View Results button, the results are displayed in PDF and can be printed.
