The WORST! I ordered an evening gown with some accessories to match it for an occasion. My bill was over 200$. I kept some of the accessories but wanted to return the dress and the rest of the accessories but they wouldn't give me my money back, only partially refunded me for the accessories but never for the dress, whenever I reached out which took more than a month back and forth there only response is that they are inspecting the dress, Had to file a fraud with my CC in order to get my refund

it's a wonderful place to buy modest dresses at reasonable prices during sales, pretty good quality& neatly stitched. It would be even better if they offered free shipping without the minimum purchase requirement, cheaper prices and same price for all the colors of the same design. Also the app needs to improve, it's slow. App should also remember the recently viewed items. it should have an option to filter according to price as well. Offering free shipping all the time would really help!

For cell phone use from major cell phone companies here in the United States, the app is very slow 50% of the time. The buffering is simply ridiculous. Also, at times, it actually will not let you place an order, stating there is an error and to try back later. This means you have to Uninstall the app, and place your order outside of the app. Of course when you Uninstall, you lose your list of favorites. It is very aggravating. The products and delivery though are absolutely fantastic!!
