Ratings and reviews

This is a frustrating app. 1. Products disappear out of the blue from my favorites list, although they are still in stock. 2. I am able to add products in cart and when I try to pay I am being told they are out of stock. It's one of the worst mobile apps I've interracted with. I can't understand how such a big retailer can show up with something laughable like this.

I was trying to complete an order since September 2023. Now, August 2024, obviously the same items were not available but it was equally difficult to complete my order. Firstly, it was not clear if the store at central Athens was available for pick up, or if the app had some bug. Furthermore, it took three tries to complete the order. Update: still this app sucks.

(Greek market) some wordings appear in Spanish instead of English. the most annoying thing is that I have 9 items in my favourite list and whenever I try to add a new one, I get error message "the maximum number of items you can have on your wishlist is 100" please fix it, it's really bad for the UX.
